What is miB`s mission? 

 

Very briefly, miB previews in its range of activities: create, develop, adapt and implement working models and tools for sustainable and responsible development, supporting and cooperating with groups that need it most. Its mission includes the development of human society, in all its aspects, namely, economic, social, environmental and cultural, linked to moral duties of solidarity, justice and other values ​​included in its Charter of Principles.

 

And how will it be done?

 

miB will build its action in promoting the spirit of cooperation and partnership with individuals and organizations, that in a particular time and context, are seen as a key agents to jointly achieve a certain goal.

There are no privileged topics or sectors of activity. Mainly there is a continuous attention to intervention opportunities and diagnosis of needs. In this field miB will play a role in facilitation and mediation, articulating and promoting dynamic proactive efforts focused on problem solving.

There is, therefore, the need to understand miB as a container of key resources (think tank ideas, methods, qualifications, experiences, knowledge, resource persons, capital) that at some point, organized and guided, can meet or pose a solution to a particular problem or goal.

 

Creativity and innovation!

 

The organizational model integrates a key element, called BetterFly: Creativity and Innovation Forum, which aims to ensure that any action taken is oriented through a process of validation and improvement. It is a discussion group to which are applied brainstorming Focus Group methodologies and, which integrate visions, experiences and multidisciplinary knowledge, that support the enrichment of the discussed ideas, as well as the generation of new ideas and simple/ effective solutions to problems detected.

 

Values and principles!

 

Most of the concepts that inspire miB`s philosophy are bonded together in horizontal principles applied to organizations, groups and individuals, and more widely to their actions and attitudes.

These principles, gathering consensus and international recognition, are commonly described as Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Social Economy (social entrepreneurship).
